SLX type flow indicator is mainly composed of target rod, swing part, spring adjustment mechanism, travel switch and indication part. When the flow indicator annunciator is assembled, the target is placed in the middle of the pipeline and perpendicular to the water flow direction. When the water flows through the target (the flow is greater than the action flow value set by the annunciator), the pressure difference of the fluid speed makes the swing rod overcome the pre compression force of one spring and rotate and tilt relative to the rotation center. The upper end of the rod pushes the travel switch to act and send a normal signal until the target rod is limited, The pointer now points to the on position. When the water flow in the pipeline decreases gradually, the liquid flow differential pressure also decreases gradually. Under the action of spring force, the swing rod returns and looses the travel switch to send out the bottom flow signal. At this time, the pointer points to the closed position.

Use and maintenance
1. Before using the annunciator, check whether the installation is correct and whether all fasteners are loose, and then try several times. It can be put into use without jamming and shaking.
2. The annunciator shall not be used on the pipeline lower than the "applicable flow" value, so as to avoid the impact of annunciator jitter on its service life.
3. Under normal working conditions, the annunciator does not need daily maintenance, but it can be checked every 2-3 years, mainly to check whether the rubber bushing has leakage and stroke
Whether the switch is reliable, etc. if it is damaged, it must be replaced.
4. Before installation, the product should be stored in a dry room with a temperature of 5-40 ℃ and no corrosive gas.
